Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within this 14-day period that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can contact us at info.hajeeb@gmail.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.

Returns
Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning a product, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
You may inspect or try the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would be possible in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after receiving it. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info.hajeeb@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies. This may include, for example, certain products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products, and certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether an exception applies to your product.

Sale items
The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to discounted or sale items, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us. Where appropriate, the simplest option may be to return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, any additional delivery costs above our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs do not have to be refunded.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
